We have developed a process for fishfarming that is after our opinion unique because:
 

  • The water is pumped from an adjustable depth (25m) with a tube. The water temperature at this depth is approximately constant and inside the limit of tolerance that is ideal for the different types of fish and the amount of harmful oranisems is minimal.
  • The water flow is adjustable for optimal oksygensupply and water flow. This keeps the fish in constant movement. The flow of the water is depending on what kind of shape the fish is in and the wanted quality for the fish. The fish becomes less agressive with this technology.
  • The transparency of the pipes can be adjusted dependent on what kind of fish you put in the pipes.
  • The feeding mechanism can be adjusted to secure optimal feeding.
  • Feed waste and firm sedimentation materials are caught by the sludge filter (very environmental).
  • The construction is escape proof unless it is exposed to sabotage.
  • The fish can be sorted after size before the fish is cleand with a separator.
  • The system is modul based and can easy be built outwards both in the length and width by request and requirement.
  • The outside the pipes are treated with an anti-fouling agent.
     


This is a flexible, controllable total system for fishfarming that is unique.
The research result gave the following indications :
 

  • Higher quality products / increased sale prices.
  • Reduced feed cost.
  • Higher growth rate.
  • Reduced mortality
  • Increased capital turnover


The system is therefore distinguished as better than a conventional fish farm both biological and environmentally, technological and economical.
